I give my consent that in an emergency situation, the club may act in loco parentis, if the need arises for the administration of emergency first aid and/or other medical treatment which in the opinion of a qualified medical practitioner may be necessary. Photography & Media *

GYFC follows the FA's recommended guidelines on photography. These recommendations can be found on the FA website or the GYFC website — www.grayshottfc.co.uk. You acknowledge it is not an offence to take appropriate photos in a public place, even if asked not to (per FA guidelines). Therefore, you understand, acknowledge and accept that photos of your child may be taken in the course of playing for GYFC. No children will be named if photos are published on the GYFC website or our social media channels.
